This is an American Shorthair portrait of a cat,Mischief, showing her staring skills. I got a lot of comments on this photo, when I posted it elsewhere. The white eyebrows and whiskers were caught in the light.

She is appropriately named- she was labeled that at the pet store, and I thought I would change the name when I got home. No, she was labeled correctly :D but she is very sweet, and loves people and children.

Mischief really usually is very friendly, but sometimes Mischief will stare at folks like 'What on earth do you think you're doing..." this is what I captured here. The cat was on the windowsill, the light is angled in from outside.
